| Again I spent all morning trying to fit my new motherboard. Couldn't get it working so then cleaned up the old one and re-installed that! Dad cam over after lunch and we spent some time taking stuff to the tip and steaming the lounge carpet. Then we watched the Argentina Germany world cup quarter final. It was a good game and we were pleased that after penalties Germany and not Argentina won. When Andrea got home Dad offered to take us out to dinner so we went to the Rainbow Inn in cooksbridge. The food was fantastic but he service was awful. We had a nice evening though. We sat outside as It was such a nice evening. Dad stayed the night. | |

| The leads for my switch box turned up this morning as well as my new motherboard. So I spent all morning trying to fix up switchbox only to find out that it didn't work properly. So then spent all afternoon trying to get PC anywhere to work so I could use the second PC. So in summary I wasted all day messing around with the computer. Late afternoon I cooked a lasagne and when Andrea got home we just had a bit of a lazy evening really. Ate the last of the chilli for dinner and then watched a `Celluar` which actually wasn't bad. | |

| Went to the doctors with Andrea first thing and he told us what we'd be doing next and gave us a `pregnancy pack`. After that I worked from home for the rest of day apart from popping out mid morning to see June at Lyndhurst Rest Home Briefly and also ask them if the New Hope Choir could come in there to sing. After that I popped in to Juliet and Jamie's. Vicky had just turned up as well! Jamie was at home because he had cracked a tooth. Ronan was having lots of fun playing with a box! Only stayed 10 minutes really as my ticket was running out on the car. Managed to get a lot of work done from home today which was good. | |

| Had an OK journey to work. Had a fairly good day. Iris was away which was a surprise as we were meant to be having a new girl start, but she got a better offer at the last minute. In the evening I went to the harvester but it wasn't very good. I had a new room at B+B so at least that was a bit of a change. I watched some football on the TV and fell asleep. | |

| Went to church in the morning. Andrea was singing and I was giving a testimony about what happened at Lyndhurst Rest Home on Wednesday, and as we only had one car we went there early (9am!) Andrea singing went well and so did my testimony. Dave Treener did an excellent sermon about Matthew 7:13-23. After church we went to Andrea's friend from work, Helen's house for lunch. She lives in Seaford. That was good to meet her properly. We left there at 3.30pm and drove straight to the Druids for the England's 2nd round world cup game with Ecuador. We won! After the game we told everyone about Andrea's news. Everyone was very excited! After that we went and had a look round Atkins's new flat. Then came home early and had a nice early night. | |

Ian Andrea Is Pregnant Dad had stayed the night so we all had breakfast together. I phoned Ian in Thailand and told him that Andrea is pregnant. He and April were very excited. Dad spent most of morning doing our ironing! After that me and Dad dropped Andrea's car off to be repaired and then He went home. Me and Andrea spent the rest of the morning relaxing and chilling out really. In the afternoon we went for a walk in Nuthurst as is was another lovely day. Good walk and there was a nice pub at the end so we had a drink in there. On the way back we popped to Poynings Summer Fete but it had just finished so we drove home and I cooked a chilli. I watched some football in the evening. |

Andrea's
Car Had Been Smashed Into Derek across the road came over first thing in the morning to say that Andrea's car was smashed up. Some one had hit while it was parked and driven off. So I spent a while in the morning making a few calls to sort that out. Also we decided that we'll tell Dad, Anne and Mike about the pregnancy by inviting them over for dinner that evening. As Andrea's car was a bit of a wreck I had to drop her at work as well. During the morning I went to sainsburys to get some bits and then came home and made a lasagne for that evening. Then Dad Came round and we got our selves ready to go on a walk in Findon near Worthing. It was an absolutely fantastic day out, perfect for walking. The walk was really good, taking some iron age hill forts and the view were amazing. We didn't get back home till 6.45pm and Anne and Mike had already arrived. We had the meal and then I announced our news to much joy and celebration! Andrea told Juliet and Jamie on the phone and I spoke to Clare and told her as well. We spent the rest of the night chatting about it! |

Chruch Work Spent the morning doing some church website work and went out with Andy doing some door 2 door at midday. After that I came back home had lunch and did a bit more church website work and some house work as well. Andrea wasn't home for too long as she was going out for a run with Sarah Pooley, Sarah Clayton, Jenny O'Brien and Amanda Roberts. I went off to a cluster leaders meeting at Sean and Ali's house which was good. Didn't get home till around 11pm though. When I got Andrea did the pregnancy test that she'd bought that as we'd suspected that she may be pregnant for a nearly a week as Andrea had been very tired and very hungry! We did the test and it came up positive!!! Andrea is pregnant!!! It was all very exciting and we prayed and chatted it about for a long time. |

| Pottered around in the morning doing a few bits. Just after 10am I went to Lyndhurst rest home to do the service with everyone else. As a last minute thought I printed off my talk that I did last time as I didn't know who was doing the talk. When I got there it was just Edna and Mark. The guy from Brighton and Hove City Mission didn't turn up. But we went anyway and I did my talk again. It went very well and two of the old ladies made a commitment. After that I went to Tesco and then on to Andy's for an hour for prayer. In the afternoon I got side track with a load of PST stuff. Then in the evening we went to Wendy's flat for the home group social. That was good. | |

| Work was OK today really. Went out for nice walk with Fiona at lunch time. It was a nice day. Had a busy journey home. Managed to get home in time though for Andrea to give me a lift to the Druids where we watched England last group game of the World Cup. It was a really good game and we played much better. Although we only managed a draw against Sweden. There were a couple of Swedes in the pub which made it quite fun! After that we came home and chilled out. | |

| Went to church and were a little late as the traffic was bad due to the London to Brighton bike ride. Also we were meant to pick up Norman from wavertree house. So we went and did that. We were also meant to be doing tea and coffee but the urn wasn't set up and it was too late to do it. Tim Symonds preached the service. After the service we walked down past the pier to meet Anne and Juliet and everyone else. It was a really nice day and there were loads of people out along the sea front. While we walking Ian phoned to say "happy father day" to Dad. I spoke to him for a little while which was really good. Eventually hooked up with everyone else and had some food on the beach. Then waited for everyone to finish to Bike ride. Mike was first then Jamie, Nick, Paddy and Michelle. After Nick got in most people walked up to Juliet's house but me and Dad had to get some stuff from the car so we walked all the back to Holland Road. Was knackering. Then we stayed at Juliet's for a while as they were having a do for the survivors of the bike ride. Andrea went off the church about 5pm as she was leading the singing with Annie Robson. I went about 6pm to write out the offering prayer I was doing. Was a good service. Afterwards I dropped Andrea off back at Juliet's and I went home as I was knackered and needed to sort myself out for work. | |

| Didn't much in the morning really, just bits and pieces around the house. At about 2.30pm I went over to Jon Eserins new place in Lewes for a BBQ they were putting on for Andrea's birthday and to celebrate her pregnancy. I eventually found it after a few wrong turns. It was a great day and very hot so perfect BBQ weather. I ended up manning the BBQ for a fair while which I enjoyed. It was good to meet all their friends. Most of them I hadn't meet before and the one that I had I hadn't seen since Jons stag do! Stayed there till about 7pm and then drove home and gave one of Andrea's friends a lift back into Brighton as well. Got home and Andrea was out for a 10K run! When she got back we arranged with Chippy and Sally to meet them at the druids and go for some food. Andrea drove and got to the druids about 9pm. Had a few drinks in there. Saw Angie who was back from travelling. She hadn't changed. After the druids, the four of us headed into town and looked for somewhere to eat. We ended up in the Thai Spice Restaurant which was really good. Left there a bit after midnight and walked back to the Druids and drove home from there. Sally stayed the night. Really good day. | |

Dad came over about midday and we had some lunch and then he tidies up the garden while I tidied up the house. He went just after Andrea got home. | Meet up with Andy about 10am at church and we went out some did some door 2 door work. That went well. After that I stayed at church doing some work on the web site until about 1pm and then came home and had some lunch. After lunch I went off to Asda to have a eye test at the opticians there. That was quite good fun. I hadn't had an eye test for probably 15 years or so but it was all good and she said I had perfect vision. After that I came home and did some work for the pastoral search team and then went to get a bus to the druids to watch the football. Waited ages and eventually Andrea came and picked me up and we both drove down together. The match was pretty poor. We played really badly (again) but some how managed a 2-0 win over Trinidad + Tobago. After the football we went off the Seans house for the pastoral search meeting that was really good and went well. Got home from there about 10.30pm | |

| Woke up with a head ache. Went for a short a run first thing which was good. Then spent most of the morning tidying up. Spoke to Cooper on the phone in the morning and he said his cat had died last night. Dad came over at lunch time and after we'd eaten we did a few jobs around the house and sorted things out and went shopping for the BBQ tomorrow. In the evening we watched some of the football. It was the opening game of the world cup. Germany v Costa Rica. After that I spent a bit of time on the computer and Juliet came over and chatted to Andrea about colours for the kitchen. | |

That was very nice. We sat out in the garden as it was a really hot day. After that I came home and worked some more. In the evening we went to Alfresco's on the seafront for a birthday meal for Mike. I drove and we picked up Anne and Mike. We had a really nice meal. I had the biggest prawns I'd ever seen! | |

Went out for a walk and prayed with Fiona at lunch time and then in the evening I went straight over to the harvester from work and then went and filled up the car from. I chilled out for a bit and had a bath and read my bible then I drove to the X-Scape in central Milton Keynes and meet up with Matt, Sarah and Aaron from work and went to the cinema.
