| Had a reasonable journey today. Got in around 8.40am. Had a pretty busy day today. I was only able to go for a 15 minute walk at lunch with Fiona as I had so many meetings. After work I went straight to the B&B and had a bath and then phoned Andrea and Dad. After that I popped out to Tesco to get a few bit including a microwave meal which I heated up back at the B&B and had for dinner. After dinner I watched `The Dukes Of Hazard` which was definaltey below average. Then I watched an episode of `Blue Planet` | ||

| I woke up with a headache today so felt pretty rough. Andrea went to church early as she was singing. I went along later. Dave Treeners Dad preached the sermon this morning which was fantastic. After the service we came home and had chilli for lunch. I then went to sleep for a bit as I still didn't feel great. Relaxed all afternoon really. Andrea went to church early as her and Annie were leading the singing in the evening. Andrea sung very well at church. Came home and got ready and packed for work tomorrow. | ||

| Got up a bit earlier today as we were leaving. Packed up all of our stuff and we left the cottage around 9.15am Drove straight home to Brighton and had a pretty good journey, getting in around 12.30pm Unpacked our stuff and relaxed all day really as we were knackered. Late afternoon we went to sainsburys to get some food in and then came home and had an early dinner. Had a game of monopoly in the evening which was very funny. After that I made a chilli for tomorrow and then we had an early night. | ||

Clare's
Birthday It was Clare's birthday today but I woke up feeling really rough. We gave Clare her birthday cards in the morning. After breakfast I had a half hour nap as I was felling so rough. I had a really bad cold. Then we got ourselves together and went to Lyme Regis . We tried the park and ride but that was rubbish so we drove down to the normal car park and walked into town. We got to the beach about 11.15am. It was pretty packed as there was a red arrows display at midday. They were amazing. We stayed on the beach a fair while. Andrea and Clare got some rubber rings and I got some beach shoes. The water was really nice and we all had a swim. We left there about 3.30pm and went to the supermarket to get stuff for a BBQ that evening. I felt really zonko'ed all day. We came and sorted stuff for the BBQ. Dee made some Caribbean Guinness punch. We went to Burton Bradstock beach which was fairly crowded still when we got there at 7pm. We had our BBQ and then we had a little fire and let off some fireworks. We also had a load of glo stick so we made necklaces out of them as well. We didn't leave the beach until about 10pm |

Went
Into Dorchester After breakfast we drove to Dorchester to visit the market there. We eventually found somewhere to park and had a look round. I bought a pair of trainers and we got some food as well. After the market as walked along the high street and I meet the town crier who apparently won the national town crying championships! so there! We found a place that did cream tea's so we popped in there and treated ourselves. Then we went to the supermarket to get some stuff for a stir fry that evening, and then popped back to the cottage for a bit. In the late afternoon we went to Cogden beach. It was a lovely evening and there was a guy mackerel fishing next to us. He caught about 15 while we were there. We stayed on the beach a fair while and swam in the sea. Left there quite late, came home and had out stir fry. Afterwards me and Dad played Jenga for a bit and we all had a early night. |

Morning
Swim Got up at 8am again. Had a cup of tea and then we all went for swim as it was such a lovely day. Then it was back in for a fry up before going down to Burton Bradstock beach. We parked up and went for a walk along the coastal path to West Bay. When we got there we stopped and had a drink at the beach cafe. It was a very up and down hill walk on the way there so we decided to go back along the beach but that was just as hard really as it was 2 miles on the shingle! We got our stuff out of the car and found a spot on the beach. We went in the sea and it was so cold that my hands and arms went numb! The sea was really choppy as well and Clare got washed up on the he beach at one point. We stayed on the beach a while and then went to the cafe there and got lunch. After lunch we drove up to Golden Cap and did a nice short walk to the summit. Excellent views from there. After that we went to the supermarket to get some bits for dinner. When we got home we were shattered. Andrea cooked fajitas which were very nice and then we just chilled out and listened to classic FM for the rest of the evening. |

Clare
and Dad Had Swim Got up about 8am and had our breakfast while Clare and Dad went for a swim. We decided to go to Lyme Regis for the day so we drove there and were parked up by 11am. Had a walk to the sea front and then got lost trying to find the high street and ended up on a really long walk back to the car. We got our beach stuff out the car and walked back down to the beach. It was lovely and hot and Dad and Clare went in for a swim. We got some lovely pasties for lunch and spent a few hours relaxing on the beach, although when I first got there I had a funny dizzy spell. Had a brief wander around the shops and then came home, getting in about 5pm. Clare and Dee then went for a swim and Andrea had a nap. At about 7pm Me, Clare, Dee and Dad went for a short walk from the cottage. We found a waterfall by 2 streams, and saw some lovely houses. We chatted to a lady who had lost her dog called Henry, and then shortly afterwards we found him! We ended up at the Loders Arms so we stopped there for a half. Then came home and Dad cooked a chilli. That was really good. Then we played trivial pursuits 90's till about 11pm. Me and Andrea V Dad, Clare and Dee We won but only just. Had a lovely day. |

Packed
Car For Dorest Holiday ot up about 8.30am and packed stuff for our Dorset holiday with Dad, Clare and Dee. We got on the road about 10.30am and drove straight to Bridport where we meet Clare, Dee and Dad. We had some lunch at a pub in town and then wondered around and checked out Bridport a bit. After that we drove back up the A35 slightly to where our cottage was in Loders. That was really nice. It even had a swimming pool. Then we unpacked the car and then relaxed for a while. About 7.30pm we went for a short walk up the road to the local pub / restaurant called the Loders Arms. That was really good. We had a lovely meal there. Excellent food and beer. We walked back about 10pm and went to bed shortly after we back as we were all knackered. |

| Got up early and started working. Andy came over for 45 minutes mid morning and then I go back to work. In the late afternoon I went to Asda and Matalan to get a few bits for the holiday. About 6.45pm we went over to Juliet and Jamies as we were baby sitting for the children while they went out for their Aarons leaving do. We stopped at blockbuster on the way and got a DVD and also there were some girls from Ben Jerrys doing a promotion on a new flavour of ice cream called glastonberry. It was very nice! Got to Juliet and Jamie's and we ordered a curry which was very nice and watched King Kong which was pretty good. Juliet and Jamie got in around 1am and then we came home dropping the DVD back on the way. | ||

| Went to see the accountant that Andy Clark recommended first thing in the morning. He seemed to know his stuff and was a really nice guy as well. It all went well, but now I've got to sort all my records out! After I came home and did a bit of world vision inbetween doing a bit of cleaning around the house. Mid afternoon I went out to Asda to get Clare a birthday and present. Andrea came home about 3.30pm as we had our fist mid wifes appointment at 4pm. We had a bit of trouble locating the place we were meant to go but we got there in the end. The appointment went well. It was just form filling really. We should get an appointment for a scan sometime soon which will be great and we're booked to go back to the mid wife in a couple of weeks for some standard tests. In the evening Andrea did some ironing and I did a bit more cleaning and stuff it was swelteringly hot so we didn't do much | ||

| Worked at home today and had loads to do as it had been so hectic yesterday at work. Popped out to Lyndhurst though in the morning to help with the service there which was good. On the way back I was Annie Robson having her lunch parked up along the Avenue so I stopped and chatted with her for a bit. Andrea came home for at about 1pm and we had some lunch together. Then worked the rest of the day. Went to the church meeting in the evening meeting which was went pretty well. | ||

| Work was a little long and drawn out today. Possibly because I only got half an hour lunch break today. I lead the devotional time at midday which went OK I think. In the evening I was kind of glad to get through the day and back to the B+B. Had a bath and phoned Dad and then went to fill the car up, get some money out and then to Tesco for a few bits. I also popped into the travel agents by Tesco and picked up some holiday brochures. On the way back I got some fish and chips that I was looking forward to eating but it was a bit manky. Then there was nothing on TV and I was very bored, as I didn't bring any DVDs or anything. | ||

| We were knackered so we slept in a bit but Andrea had to at church at 9am so not too long. Morning service was good. I helped with security. Straight after the service we went to the sea front for Paul and Vicky boy Toby's first birthday do at the Arc. That was good. It was a blisteringly hot day. Gava and Melissa were there and Matt and Kate. We stayed until about 3pm and then came home, stopping for an ice cream on the way. In the afternoon I finished putting up the shelves in the boiler cupboard. I was pleased with that. They looked good. Andrea had a sleep. As we were knackered from having a long day in the heat was skipped the evening and relaxed in doors. | ||

Nick Round To Measure Up For Wardobe In Blue Room Chinese Take Away Karens Hammets Leaving Do |

| Got up a little late and did some tidying up etc before Andrea got home. I went to pick her up from her boss's place in hurst-pier-point about 11.15am and then we drove to Seaford to drop Helen home and then back to ours. Had lunch and then Andrea had a nap.In the afternoon I cut some wood to make the shelves in the boiler cupboard. Nick Lynch came over about 6.30pm to measure up for the fitted wardrobe in the blue room and that sounded promising. After that we order a Chinese take away. We hadn't had Chinese for ages and I was really looking forward to it. That was really nice. We ate in eh kitchen and it was a nice welcome home meal for Andrea. After that I was really full up and just wanted to chill out on my sofa but I had to go Karen Hammets leaving do, so I drove to the Druids to pick up chippy, and then we drove to town and I parked in the thistle hotel under ground car park. Karen's do was in the cricketers. It was really good to see her before she went off to live in Essex. We left about midnight and I gave chippy and Karen lifts home. | ||

| Did door 2door with Andy in the mornign which was good. We went to some new roads and had a really good response. Then popped to Wickes to pick up a few bits opf wood to make some shelves in the boiler cupboard. I had a buger from the burger van in the car park as well! Very tasty! Then came home and did World Vision work at home for the rest of day really. Had dinner and watched some more `Futurama: Season 2` and tyhen drove into town to meet up with Jon, Josh and Larissa in the George. I got there about 7pm and we stayed until 11.30pm. It was good evenign and great to see them all. We had some deep conversations which was fairly amusing. Then I drove Josh and Larrisa home. | ||

There was Jonathan and his wife Gabreil, Their friends Charlotte and two guys from Gabreils work. Renee from work was also there. | Dad came over about 9.30am and we went to church for the morning service which was good as it was with the American choir. Then we went and dropped off Louise's table which we'd brought back with us from Wales. Then we went and had lunch at Al Doumo's in town which was really good. Then we came back for the early evening service which was the passion play by the Americans. That was really good and Dad enjoyed it. After that we came home and watched the World Cup Final. France and Italy. Italy won. Dad left about 9pm. | ||

| We were up early today as Andrea was getting picked up about 7.30am to go to the airport and on to Boston USA for her conference. After that I did some stuff on the computer and pottered around a bit. At about 1.45pm I went to Atkins's house for her BBQ she was having. I was the first one there so me and Atkins popped over to give Steve and Pia some flowers from Minton to congratulate them on the birth of their baby Leila. We got the see Steve and Leila. After that I had to set up their BBQ as it was all in bits but after my success of the shelves yesterday I was well up for it. I managed a pretty good hob of doing that and then everyone turned up for the BBQ. Mostly it was all her nursey friends and stuff but Matt turned up with Alex which was good. I stayed till about 7pm then came home and watched some `Futurama: Season 2` | ||

| Andrea went in to work today to finish off some stuff she had to before her conference in Boston tomorrow. I didn't do much all day really just tidied up and unpacked stuff. Andrea got in about 3.30pm and was knackered as she had had a very busy stressful day. After dinner I changed the shelving in the cupboard under the stairs so that it was higher up. This means that we can now fit the ironing board in there. I also changed the shelving so that there was no gaps in between the boards. I was very pleased with myself! | ||

| Went to the morning devotional time at high street chapel and then went back out on the doors again but this time all the door 2 door teams were on the Gurnos estate, which is meant to be the roughest in Europe!. Actually is wasn't too bad. We had a good day and some great conversations. I was with John Washington all day this time. We went to cafe again for lunch. We finished up at about 4pm and got dropped back at high street chapel As we were going home later that day we stayed there till dinner at 5pm and left about 6pm and went back to the cottage to pack the car with our stuff and got on the road home about 6.45pm. Had a good journey home. It stayed almost all the way really as it was a nice day. We got in about 10.30pm. Unloaded the car and then went to bed. | ||

| Went to the morning devotional time at high street chapel and then went back out on the doors on the Dowlais estate. Again we had a good day and went to cafe again for lunch. As Andrea and the team she was in was also working in Dowlais we saw them at lunch time too which was nice. Back out on the doors in the afternoon and we had some good conversations. We got dropped back at high street chapel after our day had finished at about 4pm and then some of us went back the cottage. Again Andrea was pretty knackered so she stayed at home for the evening. I went back to the Castle Hotel as I was helping out at the men's evening which basically just entailed watching the football. Sorted! It was an OK game. France and Portugal in the semi final. France won so that was good. | ||

| Got up about 7.30am had breakfast and left the cottage about 8.50am Had the morning devotional time at the high street chapel and then we split into our groups. I was leading one of the door 2 door teams on the Dowlais estate and Andrea was painting a class room and a toilet block in an infants school which was also on the Dowlais estate. The door 2 door went very well and for lunch we all went to a really good cafe run by one the churches. Then it was back out on the doors for the afternoon. We finished up about 3.30pm and came back to the high street chapel. Hooked up with some of the other staying at the cottage and then went back for a shower etc. I went back to high street for dinner and to go out with the groups in the evening but Andrea was really tired so she stayed back and slept. I went to one of the concerts that was going and manned the door which meant I didn't have to actually do anything, just keep an eye on things really. But it was good to chat to people like Gary and John and get to know them better. After that finished we got dropped back at the Castle hotel where the Americans were staying and watched the end of full time and the extra time of the football. It was Germany and Italy in the semi final and it was a really good match. Italy won unfortunately with 2 goals right at the end of extra time. After that Me, Dariush and Mel drove back to the cottage. | ||

| Packed the car up and got on the road about 9.15am. We first went to collect Dariush and then on to Louise's to get her. We had a fairly good journey to Wales really. We got a little lost as instead of going straight to the cottage where we were staying I first went to the salvation army place to drop off louise but there was no one there so she came back to the cottage with us. It was a fantastic cottage. Really big with lovely views. Chilled out there for a while and had a cup of tea and popped to the local shop to get some supplies. Then we went down the the high street church for 6pm. Justin, Simmone and Mel arrived about 5.45pm but Mel had been sick all the way there so they stayed back with Mel and looked after her. So we had out dinner at the high street church and which was good but we had to leave early as Simmone had to be there for some PA training. So we went back with Dariuosh to look after Mel. So we just chatted together and went to bed about 10.30pm | ||

We ended up skipping the evening service as we were both sleepy. | ||
